A one-week introduction to farming. Everdale’s organic farm is your classroom.  Train with our interns.  Work alongside our farmers.  Investigate your future food and farming options.

  

Introduction to Farm Life

A one-week introduction to farming. Everdale’s organic farm is your classroom.  Train with our interns.  Work alongside our farmers.  Investigate your future food and farming options.
Sustainable Farming Certificate: 15-Weeks 

An on-farm introductory course and mentored training in the practice and theory of sustainable local agriculture.  Curriculum includes seed to market farm experience, seminars, field trips, and project work.

  

Intermediate: Pathways to Farming

It is recommended that you take this course prior to the advanced course below.  Pathways is a two-day course that will help you make some critical preliminary business planning decisions.
 Sustainable Farming Certificate: 32-Weeks

Same as above but more indepth.  A full season on the farm.

  

Advanced: The Farm Planner

You can enter the Planner course with a general idea of the type of farm you want to create.  You exit with a ready-to-launch farm plan developed with support from experienced farmers.  Consists of eight full-day classes over a four-month period.

Whether you come from a farming background or not is irrelevant. Everdale possesses all the tools to get you up to speed in whatever area you are deficient in.
